Taxe fonci\u00e8re (TPI)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La taxe fonci\u00e8re, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de TPI, est pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des biens immobiliers au Maroc. Le taux d&rsquo;imposition varie en fonction de la localisation et de la valeur du bien. Cette taxe est annuelle et est vers\u00e9e directement \u00e0 la commune concern\u00e9e, contribuant ainsi au financement des services locaux et des travaux publics.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4.
